Apply on all sun exposed skin areas twenty minutes before exposure, and then reapply every 2 to 3 hours, or more often in case of an abundant sweating or if water sports are practiced.
Shake before use and apply at 15-20 cm away from the skin. It is recommended to apply a small amount of product on the palm of your hand and then apply it on your face with your fingertips, avoiding contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
